    Jim has more than 30 years of experience in automotive repair. In 1999, after working as a technician for more than a decade, he opened Anderson Automotive in Marion, Iowa. Jim has been a client of Management Success since 2004 and is celebrating his fourth year working with the consulting team as an instructor and shop inspector. Jim is a Master Elite of Shop Management and has been recognized as the only shop in Iowa to receive the BBB Integrity Award.
