Peter Orlando has been in the Automotive Service and Repair Business for 41 years.
Peter is an ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician (CMAT) A1-A9, with additional certifications in L1, L2, L3, C1, G1, and P2. He is a certified Section 609 AC Refrigerant Recovery Technician and an approved MACS Section 609 AC Refrigerant Recovery Instructor. (Re-certified Section 609 in 2017.)
Peter is a State of New Jersey Approved Training Provider and Certified Motor Vehicle Inspector, Instructor, and Emissions Repair Specialist. Additionally, a licensed Motor Vehicle Inspector for the State of New York and a Pennsylvania Certified Inspector and Emissions Repair Technician.
Peter has worked as a CARQUEST Technical Instructor (CTI) for the Mid-Atlantic States responsible for sixteen training regions totaling 320 in-service technicians. Currently, he is a Sr. Curriculum Developer and Technical Instructor for CARQUEST Technical Institute/Advance Auto Parts in Raleigh, NC. He is married with three children and enjoys playing drums and percussion.
