  • Speaker: Director, Collision Repair Test Development, The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)

    Teresa Bolton is the Director, Collision Repair Test Development for The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). She has worked in the Collision Repair Industry for over 25 years. Teresa has been an estimator, assistant manager, shop owner, and the Regional Director of Education for The Collision Technician Apprenticeship Program (CTAP).

    During her time in the industry, she has been active in the industry. She served on The National Auto Body Council Board, Collision Industry Conference (CIC) Education Committee Co-Chair, Women’s Industry Network (WIN) Board Member, Treasurer, and Scholarship Chairperson, and she is currently serves as the Chairperson for the SkillsUSA Collision Repair Technology National Committee. She also serves as a program advisory council member for two collision repair and refinishing career and technology programs in her hometown area.

    Teresa has received several awards for her service to the collision industry. These include the following: An award from I-CAR; The Collision Repair Technology Committee Spirit Award; Most Influential Woman Award (MIW); SCRS Individual Award; WIN Cornerstone Award; 15 year Service Award from The Center of Applied Technology North in Severn, MD.
