A panel discussion presented by Oeko-Tex that will feature the topic of transparency in textile supply chains: the first thing that comes to mind is the supply chain act that is currently being discussed in Germany. Holding companies accountable. And accountability and transparency in this case are clearly linked to sustainability, to the protection of worker’s rights, climate protection and the SDGs. The SDGs define clear numbers for many industries from clean water to responsible consumption and production. The deadline is 2030.
