Sleep works wonders
Sleep is vital and in many situations it is the best medicine. Sleep helps prolong life, protects us against age-related illnesses, improves our mood, strengthens our memory, increases the quality of our performance, and keeps us fit and attractive. We do not appreciate this astoundingly versatile natural state until we don’t get it. Lack of sleep increases the risk of mental imbalance, cardiovascular and/or metabolic disorders, colds and the likelihood we will make more mistakes, and also reduces fertility.
