3D Printing in Space Exploration: How We're Future-Proofing Zortrax Products | Zortrax S.A.
Jacek Krywko, Technology Solutions Research Specialist,
This session will focus on a capability to 3D print composite models out of two high-performance PEEK polymers on the Endureal industrial 3D printer Zortrax has developed for the European Space Agency. We will discuss how this technology works, what makes it unique, and where we want to take it in the future. You will also learn about possible applications 3D printed composite models may have in more down-to-Earth fields like medicine, automotive engineering, or food industry. Finally, we will give you a glimpse into other research projects currently underway at Zortrax aimed at expanding the capabilities of our desktop LPD, LPD Plus, and UV LCD 3D printers.
