Anne Curtis is a Senior Research Scientist at the National Physical Laboratory, the UK’s National Metrology Institute. Her current research focuses on the development of optical frequency standards for the redefinition of the SI second, as well as ultrasensitive and real-time optical spectroscopy methods for trace gas detection with applications in industrial, environmental and medical sectors.
