With over sixteen years of bar, restaurant and hotel
experience, Zander Lauritzen Hansen is an expert of the industry. He provides
strategic and creative advice to Carlsberg, RCR Crystalleria Italiana and Kirk & Sweeney,
among others. He has founded multiple companies and is the current President of
the Danish Bartender Association. Since he founded Scandic Bar, one of
Scandinavia’s biggest suppliers of barware and accessories, Zander Lauritzen
Hansen has been busy equipping the international bar scene.
