In 2010, top chef and
TED Talks speaker Jozef Youssef founded “Kitchen Theory”, a design studio and
multi-award-winning “Chefs Table” in London. Guests here take a multisensory
journey through the menu, swept along as their senses detect light, colour,
projections, scents and a wide variety of consistencies. Jozef Youssef uses
these findings for his scientific research he undertakes with Professor Charles
Spence of Oxford University.
