Francesca Zampollo PhD analyses, researches
and consults on food design. She invented the concept of ‘Food Design Thinking’. She has taught at London
Metropolitan University and Auckland University of Technology, as well as
founding the International Food Design Society and the Online School of Food
Design, where design theories are applied to eating and drinking. Zampollo PhD is currently
researching ‘meaningful food’.
