Asma Khan
Founder and Owner
Having originally studied Law at King’s College,
London, Asma Khan found her true calling. First of all, she opened a supper
club, and later the restaurant which made her name: the Darjeeling Express in
London. Her book Asma’s Indian Kitchen has won several awards. Khan is the
first British chef to be selected for the Netflix series “Chef’s Table”. The
Evening Standard lists her among the most influential Londoners of 2019.
