THM lecture; Noise Pollution Control at Events
Emission control is a subject which is becoming increasingly relevant for events. Ever denser building development, while at the same time more and more events and concerts are on offer, leads regularly to conflicts about noise. This talk will give an overview of the principles of emission law, measurement technology and the assessment of the technical acoustic situation. It will further discuss measures for the reduction of emission pollution and the use of networked measurement technology for real-time monitoring of the emission situation at events.
