Sabine Höfel

Sabine Höfel is managing projects for more than 19 years at Food-Processing Initiative. Intense experience with innovation and co-operation projects in the food processing sector on national and international level; close networks to food companies, retailers and science, consulting experience in process optimization, sustainability in food production, material and resource efficiency.

Her knowledge and experience are based on the following projects:

  • FOOD2020: “Future offensive” for the German-Dutch food industry
  • INDUCE: H2020 project on energy efficiency in the food industry with human centred design approach
  • Qualified resource efficiency consultant, since 2012
