'Meat Technology Award' & 'Fleischer-Handwerk Award'
TECHNIK AWARD/ MEAT TECHNOLOGY AWARD" & "FLEISCHER-HANDWERK
AWARD" of the trade magazines "FLEISCHEREI TECHNIK" and "FH
FLEISCHER-HANDWERK" of B&L MedienGesellschaft mbH & Co. KG has
been awarded at IFFA 2019 for the 6th time since its launch in 2012 and selects
groundbreaking and future-oriented developments for meat processing as well as
concepts for the butcher's trade.
The competition is aimed at
companies in the equipment and supply industry as well as service providers
whose developments provide a sustainable advantage for the production processes
of meat-processing and sausage-producing companies (with an industrial and
craft orientation). A jury made up of specialist editors, publishing house
management and authors will evaluate the applications received. Taking into
account the factors of quality increase, cost reduction, sustainability and
effective process design, the products, solutions and concepts in different
categories which achieve sustainable added value for the user are determined
from the applications, e.g. in the categories processing machines, packaging
technology, process control and quality management, automation &
digitisation, quality additives & spices, smoking technology, shop fitting
& sales or concepts for sales promotion.
Previous winners of the two awards included A. Handtmann Maschinenfabrik, K+G Wetter, GEA, Inotec, Raps, Fessmann, Bizerba, Schrutka-Peukert and Van Hees.
