Using Fissler GmbH as an example, Frank Levita, Head of e-commerce National, explains how a brand manufacturer can support the retail trade – with cross-media and integrated campaigns. Sascha Tapken also asks him for his expert views on the current structural changes in the retail trade (Amazon, Alibaba, the death of specialist retailers etc.) and what these mean for our consumer goods industry.
